Cure for Nausea?

for the past week or so i have woken up feeling nauseaous. this feeling usually lasts for the whole day. however is worse in the morning. i have only thrown up once in the past week.there is no way i can be pregnant as i am a 16 year old virgin.can anyone tell me how to get rid of the throwing up feeling? im not in the US so any remedies involving things like "root beer" and "kool aid" are not available to me.thanks x
