People say that the government have a cure for hiv and aid than why can they give it to the one who need?

it, if they are not going to use them, than what the point of having a cure that u don't use to save others?, i know that if they use it , the doctors will be running out of bussiness, but why create something that u are not going to use, unless they use it on only rich famous people? and how come they can't find out what cause HIVs and AIDs to began? if they find that out, than they can destroy it

whom to give, no body comes forward to say he has it, it come out only when he has given to many through his actions, so it keep on spreading unchecked.

The reason is people still despise HIV infected and keep off them, they are ostracized. The humiliation in the public keeps them away from reporting their disease to the authorities.

However, there is a grain of truth in that. The new drugs they use to treat HIV/AIDS are so effective and suppress the disease to such an extent that it usually become undetectable in the patient. If he keeps taking his drugs, correctly, his disease becomes completely dormant.

The problem is that HIV hides out in the nervous system. Many parts of the nervous system, most parts of the immune system can't effect and most drugs can't reach. If a person stops taking their drugs correctly (or worse, stops completely) the disease can reinfect them from these areas.

However, it is thought that if a patient remains treated long enough, the HIV eventually dies out completely. This process is called "shedding". It's though to take years and years.

AIDS may very well be cured right now. But there are not enough people who have been treated long enough to know for sure.

Also, the populations hardest hit by AIDS are the least likely to maintain their treatment. That is the biggest problem.

For example, the average AIDS patient in africa won't stay in treatment for than a day or two. Years of taking medications at the correct times every day is simply not in the realm of the possible.

If there is an animal on this planet that can produce antibodies vs AIDS, and there probably is considering it doesn't even become such a serious probem in apes, then there probably is a cure.
Might take some serious cash to acquire it, and some serious self sacrifice to keep yourself alive while combination of immune system elimination of the virus, and the remaining intracellular components run their course, but it can probably be done. Wouldn't be very practical for mainstream use though.

Not saying there is, I'm just saying that I would not doubt it.
