Which country it leads with big percentage of people having HIV?

Is there any possibility of getting medicine that cures[aids] this disease?And why most people migrate from African to European continent?

Africa is not a country. It is a continent.
It is not possible to know which country has the highest prevalence of HIV/AIDS because governments grossly under-estimate/fabricate these figures, and many people don't have access to health care to be tested either.

Best sources are NGOs (non-governmental organizations). These are charities and humanitarian aid providers who are usually more aware of what is happening on the ground in thrid-world countries.

At the moment, officially speaking, The Kingdom of Swaziland has the highest prevalence rate of HIV/AIDS, at just under 40% of population.

The country with the biggest percentage of HIV infected people has been South Africa. Sub-Sahara Africa has the area of several countries also with a high infection rate. So far, no medicines cure or completely rid the entire body of the virus though in the USA, where people can afford the expensive triple drug combination, a new person found with the HIV virus can expect to live another 20 years. In poor countries, where there is no money to obtain the medicine, people will continue to die early from HIV and then AIDS. Whole governments need to pay for and provide the needed new medicines which must be developed and distributed to those in need. Most people who move from Africa to Europe do so for both improved job opportunities to earn a living or to escape a terrible government now in some African countries.

It's Africa, not becuase they don't like using condoms, but because they don't have what they need to prevent it.

#1, by saying that they don't like using condoms, it shows how much you know, HIV is so small, that it can pass through a condom's small hole because it's so microscopic.

#2, Africa lacks the education of STD's becuase it's such a big country and there are so many different cities and tribes, it's hard to get the word out.

#3, They lack the resources such as condoms, and even if we gave them condoms, they prolly wouldn't know how to use one properly.

HIV, and STD's are affecting everywhere though, Africa is ranked number one, but it's not really their fault.
