Why isn't there any cure for aids (HIV) and hand, foot and mouth disease ( HFMD) respectively...,? |

These T cells are the one who fights back to the different diseases or different microorganisms. Simply, HIV attacks the body's immune system. Maybe, if there will be a vaccine that could relatively against the HIV, it can be cured. Passive vaccines contains antibodies that bind to the viruses so that it can no longer cause disease. Unfortunately, we don't have vaccines yet for HIV virus. HIV victims also have different kinds of diseases because the immune system is very weak. The victim may even develop carcinoma which is a cancer. Surgical transplant can only prolong the life of the HIV victim, not to cure it. Foot and mouth disease infects human in a very low chance compared to animals. In addition, they have already developed certain vaccines to fight against this virus. they both reside in the white blood cells and replicate so the immune system can't fight back because its the place where the virus is replicating none of your sugestions would realy help beacuse its such a hard thing to combat beacuse if you think you have a vaccine you can't realy go ahead and test it cos its considered un ethical and its cos such a similar make up as your body cells on its protein shell you can't realy target it with chemicals drugs etc. its a little ghost. If they could get another virus and genetical change it to attack the infected white blood cells and stop the disease from repicating then they may find a cure. hmmm sounds like you are a carrier lol , |
