Will there ever be a cure for HIV/AIDs?

This isn't a war issue or anything else but with all the money that the governments of the world have been spending you'd think they'd be putting a little bit more into finding a cure for this terrible disease. I know the disease mutates at like the speed of light (not literally) and is always changing, but how long do you think it could be before we actually find a cure if a cure is indeed possible in the future...???

I dont really beileve there will be for its mutates so fast that no med. company going too billions in research to try to make a drug Which by the way it take ten/twenty yrs to make a drug too markect, the virus is steal mutateing steal,kills thousand or million each year.
