Need Mental Help?

Befre starting I want to point out that for a long time now 've been under a lot of stress and I've been doing nothing for a long time also, I have too much free time almost the whole day. this may be the reasons but still need help

So there's this lady who comes and cleans my house, she was washeing a knife and cut her thumb, not off just a little bruise and she starts bleeding so I go to get band aids or something and she puts some sugar on it claimung it would stop the bleeding, she fine now I cured her.

here's my mental problem, for some reason a few hours later this crazy idea got into my mind and started bugging me, I thought that what if some of the blood spilled on the sugar, someone made coffe later and I drank. so what If a drank blood, it was brown sugar so probably the other lady who made it didn't notice. and here's the worst part, what if she has aids. there's my problem I feel I have aids, now dont' say I' hypochondriac cuz I'm not,or am I?? help I'm a nut!!!!

I think your over thinking it. Find a hobby or go back to school. Start using your brain for something else.

If your that worried get an Aids test. Put it all behind you.
So don't worry your not nuts!

Look up the symptoms of HIV/AIDS. HIV doesnt really take effect immediately, usually lies dormant and slowly kills away your White blood cells over some months. Its just paranoia that making you feel un easy. However, it could be another blood disease so I guess see a doctor and explain your symptoms. But don't get worried about it too much. Seriously.
