Great answers so far. Keep those answers coming. And just another note to add. By discovering the truth - I mean you have 100% real undeniable factual evidence! After hiding this, what would you do. People would believe you with hard evidence.

I would love to see a cure for AIDS. There is a great of suffering because of it, especially in Africa.

Of all the things you mentioned most are myths or unanswerable.

Now a cure for AIDS and Osama could be good to know. Both of those things would be highly profitable.

I was taught the truth in 1962 US Government class at Keiser High School. The President does NOT control the economy. That power is NOT given by the US Constitution to the President. In fact Congress does not have the power to control the economy either. They can screw it up. But they have to work too hard to actually fix it.

I've been preaching that for decades. But people still keep electing politicians who promise to fix everything including a rainy day. I guess Keiser High School provided me with a better knowledge of how US Government works than schools and colleges did elsewhere. Maybe it's because Mr. Tucker was the insturctor.

I'd take the life after death. The rest, except the meaning of life thing, is bullshit I couldn't care less about. There's been conspiracies since the beginning of time and there will be plenty more. (Oh, the AIDS thing is cool, but I wouldn't take it; it would destroy the economy if I knew)
I wouldn't really bother telling people; there's a new nutcase opening a blog every day claiming he knows whether there is life after death or not. However, it would afford me a peace of mind (whether there is life or not) and I would adjust my lifestyle accordingly.

Publish. Would end up on the shelf with the rest of the "conspiracy theory" books, whether rational or absurd.

As to a cure for AIDS, if you saw the movie "And the Band Played On", you can get an idea of how the medical community bickers over rights to discovery and how small a chance someone other than a high-level medical reseracher would have in getting their data disseminated.

I do try and tell the truth to as many people as possible, yet sometimes the truth is not easy to listen to and when people find the truth uncomfortable they tend to stop listening. You just have to go with your convictions and do what you think is right.
I know this does not answer your question directly but I hope you see that this individual who has written a number of blogs in the Independent / Gaurdian / Daily Mail and the Times is always trying to tell the public about the truth.
I tell people about an alternative political ideology based on common sense and since 1999 I have had 4 web sites banned. Probably because I embarass the Parliamentary system and expose many of their lies.

Well 2 of those are because of the Bush family. Bush 1 was head of the CIA and investigated by hoover for calling for the assassination of JFK because he wrote an executive order that is still in effect but not acted upon abolishing the federal reserve.

Bush 2 was attacked on 9-11 by a group that was trained by Bush 1 and collapsed the economy using the federal reserve. You do the math.

I think that finding out if there's life after death would solve the meaning of life question as well. I would only share that info with the people I'd want to hang out with in the after life. Just to make sure they didn't do anything to blow it and not get to the same place I may be going.

If I knew the truth to any of these who would believe me? If I opened my mouth most likely there would be people who would want to shut me up or spread false lies about me, so why bother. There would be many who for their own reasons would much rather be left believing in what they believe rather than to know the truth.

Well, I already know at least 6 out of that list, it only leaves a cure for aids, which naturally I would share with the world, and the location of Bin Ladin, which I would pass on to the FBI and claim the reward!

the only thing i would really care about would be whether there is life or death. But truthfully, There are good reasons why we don't know certain things and maybe the public shouldn't hear them because seriously most of us are dumba's.
