Will there soon be a discovery cure fore aids?

As you know society is changing rapidly & suddenly so fast these days,
Do you think there will be a cure for aids within the next 20 years?

I thought I read about a news story a few months back where they were able to flush the virus from a patient entirely? News articles like that rarely make the front pages since it's usually one success in a testing group of a thousand and can likely not be duplicated without years more research. I'll have to dig around and see if I can find it.

To answer your question though, I would expect it to be cured definitely within the next 20 years. Science only gets better with time.

The only articles I can find relate to treatments which can dilute the amount of the virus present in the bloodstream, but not eradicate it entirely. I wonder what in the world I was reading before...will keep checking :O
