How close are they coming to finding a cure for hiv/aids?

I know that HIV is no longer a death sentence, but there HAS to be something, somewhere out there to cure this horrible disease. So how are researchers doing?

There are already cures out there, just look for them and be open to possibilities.

Go to the bookstores and look under alternative therapies, you will see that there are numerous books telling you how to to turn HIV+ to HIV-. Pharmaceutical cures are based on synthetic drugs, but there are natural cures that cant be released as cures because they cant be patented and money cant be made off of them. Believe me or not, but what purpose would I have for lying to you.

There isnt actually that much work being done on it compared with cancer, and Alzheimer's and other diseases that affect more affluent countries, and arent sexually transmitted.

As terrible as it sounds to say this, usually when you get HIV its your own fault, and societies resources are better spent else where.

There is a cure for HIV/AIDS. The patent number is 5676977, it's public information, just visit the website: www.uspto.gov and look it up. The government is suppressing this information from the public, that's why you don't see it in the news. People are already petitioning to have this patent pushed for trial testing, and keep in mind this patent has been around since 1996. There are many activist that are trying to get information out there to the public about the truth, to name a few: Dr. Robert Strecker, Dr. Leonard Horowitz, and Dr. Boyd E Graves. Unfortunately our government is run on greed and lies, people seem to think that they will take care of us. The truth is that it is really up to the common man to make this country a better place. so far none of this have a definite answer yet. i say it would take a longer years to have a good solution on this HIV problem.

for me the only way to prevent having HIV is to let you partner go to a hospital and check if it is positive or negative

I think the government has a cure already, but won't reveal it.
I think they regard HIV/AIDS as "population control", unfortunately.
