How many people are working for a cure for AIDS?

Tell you the truth, there is a cure for Aids and a lot other diseases and infection. It won't leak out for a while because money is being made off it. The officials ( i won't say their official names) act like they don't give a damn about us, that's why we as people are always left in the dark about so many things and it's existing. Any time drugs are still being ship in this country and they play like they can't seem to stop this from happening is proof that, their hands are in everything.
Aliens, cures, foods, drugs..you name it they know about it.

It's alarming.
