You can only cure one...which do you cure?

Cancer

It can't be cured with common sense and Aids can be stopped in a couple generations if people would use their brains.

Cancer because it mostly attacks innocents where aids attacks prostitutes and drug dealers and the like. Aids seems more like an answer to the drug and prostitution problem that went to far (the few innocents that are getting it) while cancer attacks at will in so many forms, breast cancer isnt linked to drug use for example.

Cancer babe no question! Cancer is indiscriminate it can strike anyone at anytime, young, old, any colour, race or religion. Aids on the other hand can be prevented by and large by practising safe sex and not sharing needles.

Cancer. It's more wide spread and you can't catch it like you can catch Aids. You can avoid getting Aids, but depending on the cancer, you can't avoid it.

A cure for both would be nice. However, I would probably say cancer first, only because AIDS can often, not always, but often be prevented. Most types of cancer just happen...can't always be prevented.

that would be so tough..I think I'd go for Cancer because Aids could potentially be controlled with prevention and cancer could not..some early screening is the best hope for cancer at this point, but no actual prevention methods.

I would cure cancer. I know someone that is dying of it at this moment and there is nothing that I can do to help.

It is tearing me apart because this is someone that I love very much.

They're both bad, but I think cancer has killed more people, including my sister and brother-in-law, and my mother-in-law.

Cancer because most of my really close family members have/or have died from cancer and i would definitely wanna prevent them from suffering!

Cancer because it's killing so many people. I know AIDS does too but Cancer is rampant and so many family members are being taken by it

Cancer...but what if aids victims get aids and still die??? Umm...Cure stupidity so people stop having random sex and getting aids so we can focus on curing cancer!

I'd go with cancer as there are so many types and it's more widespread.
