How did Magic johnson overcome HIV?

I watched him this weekend as a announcer for the game on monday, he looks great and fairly healthy. What did he do to overcome HIV Aids. Is he the first person in history to overcome the disease. I know he has a lot of money but i thought even the best specialist's in the world couldn't find a cure, im curious because if he has overcome it with the top medical specialist maybe they can put it out there for the 'Normal' American public. Why isn't the rest of the world able to use the same meds as him.
I don't have any diseases.
i just think it would be fair to let the rest of the world know the cure to HIV and or Aids. its a big secret and i don't know why WE as the Nation or as the world are left in the dark.

Where I live, during peak hours, there are commuters on board the trains who cough, sneezes, have running noses. Such symptoms disappeared whenever the crowding eased

Overcrowding can induce stress which affect the body Resistance too illness (immunity), not necessarily by virus, more by self-immunity malfunction

Example: Bird Flu can be started by overcrowding in the industrialised farms

I believe Johnson managed to retrieve his immunity to normal (does not mean illness-free ever-after). Can be subject to relapse if the immunity is lowered again

As far as I know, he hasn't overcome it. He did what his Dr's told him, took the meds, maintained a healthy lifestyle and is really lucky.

AIDS isn't curable, but it can go into remission. Besides, I don't think his HIV has ever developed into AID's
