I need Vets or advise?

I know...that i have to go to the Vets, problem is, my place here is in the small town and very far from vets, so im asking what is the 1st aid i can do to maintain or try to cure it...be4 i can take to the vets.

I found this cat, 4 mth old...he is not eating for 3 days. It keep drink water and doesn`t wan to go anywhere and just sit or sleep.

Im very worry if he might not make it in time when i get him to the nearest Town.

Sigh anyone please help !..

I try sugar water and other wheat grass which commonly use to for the cat curing their stomache or furball but all fail.

So who has the same problem or able to help pls.

So sorry to hear that. Not much you can do at home without knowing whats causing this.
Biggest risk is dehydration. Instead of sugar water make a thin slurry with warm water and wet cat food. That way the cat is getting some nutrients.(essential after 3 days)
There are some probems where feeding them can make them worse (unlikely in 4mth old though) Too much sugar could cause hyperglycemia so be careful of that.
Sorry can't help much more, the cat needs blood tests and intra venous fluid therapy.

No milk (cats are generally lactose intollerant). And be careful when force feeding, make sure the cat is swallowing. Risk of choking/aspiration.

Cats don't usually eat for a few days when they enter a new environment but if he is not playing then he must be quite ill. Can you ring the vets for some advise over the phone?

If he dies don't feel to bad, a lest he had a home and someone that cared for him in the final days.

Ring the vet because they would give you advise that you can actually use. They will also be willing to help

milk...warmed in microwave..he may not like what you are feeding him..try different cat foods and small pieces of meat..

Check the gums and see if there is yellowing. That would be serious, something called hepatic lipidosis which is liver disease. it is reversible but can also be deadly and needs immediate treatment
NO SUGAR NO WHEAT GRASS
This is beyond an upset stomach which if that was the case, I would tell you to give 1/4 tab of pepcid ac
If there is yellowing take a can of cat food, add a bit of water and puree it in the blender. Force feed the cat by using a syringe or a dropper. Try putting some on his nose to get him to lick it off
If no yellowing then try tempting him with meat like chicken, deli meats, meat baby food no onions, plain yogurt, tuna, plain chicken broth
