Can a computer have AIDS?

My friend recently asked for $5,000 to help pay for an expensive operation to help his computer with his AIDS. He said he needed to gather $180,000 dollars for some sort of cash injection to cure its AIDS

His computer would have to have an immune system to exhibit the condition of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. This is a change in the blood cells in a human, so unless you can cut his computer cables and they bleed.....

AIDS is passed from human to human through contact of infected blood. What is worrying is that if you do not know this then i would advise you to do some research on the subject as ignorance can kill.
