ANYBODY can get aids no matter their race, gender age etc. but to answer your question, usually if a girl has aids they will tell you before the relationships gets taken to the next level.... if they dont, and you contract aids, then that is pretty much a death sentence for you... if you are still worried if your gf has aids, then somehow ask them to get a blood test just to be sure.

You can't. The only sure way is for her to be tested. She may not have AIDS, but can be HIV Positive. If you have had sex with her, you should also get tested. Of all the STDs, those are lethal. You have cause to worry. Let it be a lesson learned about choosing whom you date.

have her take a test while your at it you can see if your blood is compatible and if anything would happen you know you did your precautions
