This should once and for all stop you uneducated, parroting, Kool-aid drinkers from using the stupid argument that the only people with claims to this land are so-called native americans. The fact of the matter is that nations and borders are made through battles and wars, and this nation was no different.

From your own source, the tribes have been on the continent for at least 12,000 to 16,000 years. Since before the continents had their current shape. So, if that doesn't count as indigenous, then nothing in Australia would either, nor most of Asia.

At some point, you have to say that it's been long enough to be 'native'. If you want to draw the line before 20,000 years ago then fine, half the continents in the world had no indigenous 'native' population. Which makes the use of the term 'native' meaningless for any immigration discussions covering the last 10,000 years.

Native Americans are who were here first. The Indians, or mexicans, whatever you want to call them. They are the ones who are entitled to call themselves Native Americans and only them. Unless you have cherokee, pevia, or any other Indian blood line running through your veins, you are not native american no matter how many people are born here.

Umm.. First of all... talking about immigration...Native Americans are Asian people from Asian that crossed the Bering Trait atleast 20,000 years ago or more. They evolved differently from the Asian people, eventhough you can still recognize some similar facial structures (some eyes are kind of small?), the hair is straight and black. Second of all, DNA testing had shown that so there's no arguement. But understand this... that was a long time ago where there's NO such thing as nations, people back then did not know what nationalism mean, they live a nordic life. But today, we have ******* borders, we have countries, yes we're divided clearly now.
