Presentation on fetal abuse?

I have to give a presentation tomorrow in my college english class. The topic is on fetal abuse, and the side I am taking is that babies should be taken from their mothers who abuse drugs and alcohol. The presentation has to be 10 min long!! I am not aloud to just read my paper. Visual aid is a must, and getting the class involved is encouraged. Any ideas?? Im not exactly sure on how to get the class invloved in the topic?

Give some controversial statement in the end (maybe 2 or 3 minutes before the end of your presentation) and have people voice their opinion. Something like "A drug addict is not a worthy mother." Try to be as provocing as possible.
For visual aid, try searching for pictures of drug addicts... ("Can this be a good mother?") or of children who had to suffer from their mother's problems.Try putting some personal twist in it; maybe the story of a child who is now suffering from something (mental illnesses, for example) because the mother took drugs during her pregnancy. That can be a good start for your presentation.
