Anyone know of any good OTC sleep aid? |
My wife used to use AMBIEN, but it's very expensive without insurance. She is having a terrible time sleeping. Anyone know of a good OTC drug??? Benadryl is a good sleeping aid. It has the same active ingredients that unisom or other otc sleep aids have but is much cheaper. You can get the generic form at any drug store. Just check and make sure diphenhydramine is listed as an ingredient. I use the target or wal-mart SLEEP-AID gel tabs. Get the maximum strength it seems to work well. One of those is the same sleep ingredient as two of the tylenol pm. Well, i guess you better try the all natural sleep cream like sleep so good instead of using OTC because natural sleep cream has no adverse side effects compared to those OTC drug.
