I know a girl whos has a 2 yr old son with cerabal palsy, lung disease and is deaf, he also had a hole in his?

bowels at birth and had several operations and is also deaf, i think she is not a competant mum for this boy who needs 100% attention, she is only 20 and is on heroin and she is hopless, i have been told that she leaves him on his own for hours and is just not responsiable, her physio has been calling me because she has not attended his appointments, and he has a very good chance of living a normal life with constant therapy, she also wont out his hearing aids in cause she does not want peopl to know her son is deaf, in my eyes she is retarding his groth and making it harder for him not to have a normal life, wen she was pregnant she took drugs, starved her self so she would not get fat and also wore tight belts around her tum to stop it being big, i really want to notify DOCS and dont know how to go abpout it cn anyone give me thier details and should i report her? there is so much more that she does, spastic centre gave her $3000 for a special chair she blew it!! on heroin and pokies

OMG I would report her in a second, give me her info and Ill do it people like her belong in a cell forever I pray her baby gets a better family that he needs! do it for the baby he deserves a better chance in life and that bi**h wont do it report her if you don't then your no better than she is!

yes she should not not be spending it on that stuff that is for her child so yeah do it it is important to the kid to have those things so do if you u want to help out the kid

The child is now two and you are just now starting to be concerened? No offence... but this is neglect on your part too... Since I am a teacher if I didnt notify all that you just mentioned I can be held and tried for neglect... You are debating if you should report her while this little child suffers? Please tell me you are joking? IF you dont report her... you are no better than she is... I am not trying to be mean or harsh... but COME ON NOW! You want support from strangers on the internet about a REAL childs life that is in danger... what are you worried about? The mom being mad at you? Thats pathetic...

call them and tell them the info. You dont have to tell them who u are. Just ask them for answers now and then decide.
Personally I feel she does need to be called on, but I understand your hesitaion and so get the info from them directly on what to do

Without question, she needs to be reported. Sounds like her crazy living while pregnant caused this poor child to be in this predicament in the first place. Why should he then be sujected to more abuse. It's heart sickening. There must be local child welfare, or social services facilities that this can be reported to. Hell, call the police if you have to. What quality of life does this child have in conditions like what you've described. Good Luck to you, that poor child, and the sick mother who needs help more than anything else.
