Will i grow taller..?

I am 16 years old and stand at 5 ft 4... i desperately would love to grow taller (a.s.a.p- preferably about 3-6 inches, as i would love to become a supermodel)...

Please please could someone advise me on :
1) if there is a chance of me growing taller..
2) what diet i can follow to grow taller
3) what excercises that I can follow to grow taller
4) what drugs are known to help aid growth...

Hey, first off you didnt say your gender but im still gonna try my best.

First off, i was looking at some of your old posts, not trying to violate your privacy or anything, but i notice your very concerned with your heigh. I got one word, Relax. Your time will come, it may not come as fast as you would like but it will, so dont worry, plus your only 16!

Second, Stay away from fast food and eat healthy. There really isnt any more to it than that.

Third, There arent necesary any exercises that you can do to grow taller but there are exercises that you can do to help improve the chances of growing. Its anything from running, bike riding, jogging, pretty much the basics. Having a healthy and fit lifestyle help improve the chances than being a couch potato.

Last, there are growth hormones out there but i strongly suggest you avoid them. Some are shots in which you have to take EVERY SINGLE DAY. Like i said earlier, just mantaining a healthy lifestyle and being fit will make the chances improve, your time will come!

theres nothing you can do you stop when you stop and you want to count your self lucky my cousin is 5ft she has been that height since she was 13 and shes cute
and i got told that smaller people are more likely to get married then taller people

Well you say you are 16 years old let tell you something I to am 5 ft 4 , and I use to model to get money for pageants that my aunt used to put me in . Honey you can are as short as you feel if you want to be a supermodel then that's what you do because they still make heels. At least the last time I check it's not the size that you or is it the clothes that you wear ,or the height you are as Maya Angelou states in Phenomenal Woman IT'S THE STRIDE IN YOUR STEP THE CURL OF YOUR LIPS I AM A PHENOMENAL WOMAN THAT'S ME!!!!!!!

Well Sweetie you dont stop growing until you are 21 so give it time. You can be a face model so you dont necessarily need to be tall.

no ! it all comes from your family line. if your mom & dad are short in stature chances are the child will be too.

I'm not sure of your gender. I'm guessing you're a girl. If you are, you are probably done growing. My daughter's pediatrician told us that the maximum age that girls grow is no more than 2 years after they have their first period. She stopped growing by the time she was 12. I stopped growing by about 12 also. It's fine if you don't get any taller. Trust me there are a lot more perks when you are short. I know, I am and adult and only 5'1".
