What do I look for to see if my son is on crystal meth?

My son will not stay at home because I told him to stay away from his girl friend who I know is a crystal meth user. Now I only hear from him when he needs something. They stay any where and dont work she getd state aid. I think he is now using the drug

The signs I've seen (but aren't neccessarily all-inclusive and may not apply to all people) are: weight loss, teeth turn brown, sudden loss of responsibility or interest in things that were previously meaningful, obsessive compulsive behavior, and erratic mood swings. And, depending on his resourses, he might quickly fall into serious money-related problems. Katiechand's answer is right on.

You are a MOm and you have a feeling you are probably right. Get him help NOW. YOu care enough to be worried, do not let him become a statistic. Sit him down, and start there. Good luck.

ok i was on meth for 4 years and i finally just got sober this year, look for big eyes on him, sores on his arms or face, sunk in eyes, VERY ALERT cant stop monving, bobbing his head b/c he's so tired from staying up for so long, lok in his room most meth users have glass tubes or a glass tube with something that looks like a bubble on the end with a hole on top, white powder or chuncks in a small baggy stuff like that and if he is i woulf suggest treatment right away i would becomr VERY violent when i was on meth and stuff i dont know if you want to knwo more email me katiechand077@yahoo.com

you might be able to get a kit at the drug store and test his hair for meth
