Sex with a guy who has been in jail for 6 years?

I met this great guy but he has been in jail for 6 years for drug charges. He has made a total change in his life and he is working now as a truck driver. Today I slipped up and allowed our fondling to go a little father than it should.He gave me oral sex and then he made an attemp to have sex with me but he didn't fully penetrate me. I've only known him 4 days and this is not something I normally do, It just happend. I'm also getting over the death of my boyfriend he was murdered about a year and a half ago. I'm not sexually 'loose' Im almost 20 and have only had 1 real sexual partner(this guy I'm talkin about along with another really didn't penetrate me).My Q:
1)I'm so scared of dating a man who has been in jail for 6 years, cuz of the aids epidemic.He gave me oral sex, and even if he didn't fully penetrate me, should I be worried about it?
2)I feel guilty cuz I still love my last boyfriend, is this wrong as well?

DON'T, My dad goes to the prison for something called RUI (Reformers Unanimous) with my pastor,they sometimes find out why these men were in the prison especially for 6 years.

Well, there is the potential of stds even during oral sex. Do your research and if you do decide to have sex with this young man, ask him to get tested first and use protection. Please don't become just another baby's momma.

i really think your over the murder of your boyfriend

girlfriend take it real slow and concentrate on how this relationship is going but from a distance i mean less sex more communication that way you have a clearer head, for a woman to have sex you are giving a lot of emotions to this guy be careful keep your head on and yes it is OK to still feel hurt over the death of your last boyfriend but this is now the time to concentrate on how you want your life to go.

well if your not over your last boyfriend i would grieve over that and tell your new guy that I need some time to still recover from your last boyfriend and your totally confused right now. Then try to stay single and get this out of your system. If your scared of this guy then why are you with him? Your still young so you got choices and its only been 4 days so its not too serious yet.

did u knew he was in jail before u had sex with him?
if u knew abour it and than had sex with him, i would say u r not as scare as u think.
but i would say that go with the flow which i am tryinh to say do what feels right to u.
we don't know and for us to guess and decide what is best for u can be hard.
he might been in jay but can be a good man or bad man so my advice is to get to know him well before u have an another sex with him again.

In jail he has most probably caught AIDS there.
You might as well get sick.
If he were a good he would not have been in jail and for thatlong time.
Afterall he is not the only guy in this world who want to be your SEXPARTNER.

I think you should slow down because it is obvious you are not over the death of your first boyfriend. You need to work on this loss before you become attached to another man or you will realize that you are unable to love another. As for the man who just got out of prison, I would back off because you really don't know much about him. And your fears of AIDS and other things are real. Keep at an armslength away and deal with the loss of your boyfriend first. Then you may feel strong and able to love another. Besides love is not in sex.

Have you had a talk with this guy and asked him if he was involved in any risky behavior when he was in prison? Your best bet is to talk to your doctor and ask him how soon it is before you can be tested for HIV after a potential exposure to it. I believe its 3-4 months before it will show up on a blood test. My guess is that you will be ok. Good luck.

I would be careful. The oral sex is dangerous if you don't know his HIV status. You should have protected sex until you know his HIV status. You shuold also be concerned about if he has Hepatitis. Was he an IV drug user? Has he shared needles? These are risk factors for Hepatitis. Be careful
