I get the impression that free needles, a program advanced by libs to help stem the spread of AIDS, are intended only for IV addictive drug users. Health officials can then help these drug users kill themselves, but the program keeps AIDS off of their doorsteps.

Taxpayer dollars funding junkies' habits - this is what we've come to. Pathetic.

In a lot of counties and states it's illegal to possess a hypodermic needle. And anyone picking one up is likely to be on his way to a drug house. But you don't know who is going to show up for a needle so you can't get a specific warrant. So...... the cops should wait outside the distribution centers and use the "exigent circumstances" rationale to follow them to the drug houses and then go in and arrest the users and the dealers.

They are manufactured for medicinal use. No companies produce a "heroin needle". Most popular use is insulin injection.

It's a tough subject, but Americans are usually people with hearts. If you want to know why Conservatives allow it, look to protecting children for your answer.

We know these people all have children or are around other people's children. The better we take care of them, the more we can help their children.

I am sure you could get them for diabetes. If you are afraid they will turn you down, you could always say you just started your heroin addiction.
