Anyone know any good eyeliner? |
My black eyeliner always comes off fast. I try a different number of brands and none seem to work. If you know any good brands please let me know. I need ones that I can find in the drug stores ( Cvs, Rite Aid ) Stores like them. Please and Thanks :) I want my eyeliner to be similar to this picture.. NYC liquid eyeliner or pencil $1 @ CVS maybelline ROCKS. it stays on forever Um, if you want makeup that doesn't come off I would go to the MAC counter. Yeah, it's a little pricey, but I have waterproof eyeliner that didn't smudge in a wavepool, no joke. In my opinion, you get what you pay for with eyeliner. i use rimmel london eyeliner pencil and try Almay its used by make up artists I just use the cheap ones like NY or RI'mmel... and they never come off... there is this stuff you can buy that makes your eye makeup stay on longer... I know Mary Kay sells it... but im sure you can find it at any drug store... You want a rocker of an eyeliner? You'll have to spend a little extra. Brands like Maybelline, CoverGirl, MAX Factor, etc. are all bad quality. The best make up brand, especially for eyes is Dior. This eyeliner is absolutely miraculous: you twist it like a lip gloss, but apply it to your eyes like a liquid liner. It comes out looking as thick as you want it, and lasting for as much as 24 hours. Here it is: ok. definetaly use maybelline LIQUID liner. you can get it at safeway, rite aid, walgreens, grocery store, w.e. and even though people tell you liquid is only for the top use this stuff on the bottom too. once you learn how to put it on right you look really hot. guys tell you and check you out all the time. hope i helped. the one from victorias secret I like Almay 16-hour.
