My Wife recently purchased Gold. The bottles are labelled Colloids and there are apparently tiny flakes of gold in there which helps enhance memory and brain function. I've only taken it for a few days now but I did remember to avoid answering the phone when her parents call....it may just...be working...

There are many products which supposedly improve memory and learning abilities. For these consult a pharmacist. However, personally I have never felt any significant improvement from any of these.

NO. All drugs are bad for the liver and the brain. Alcohol is a legal drug. But there are whole food supplements that can help. One is ginkgo biloba which has had studies showing that it helps memory. There is soy lecithin. Also the best maybe spirulina or blue-green algae. These 2 are known as superfoods (see site below). The first 2 also improve circulation. The 2nd 2 have low molecular weight proteins that pass through the blood-brain barrier.

Omega 3 which you can find in Salmon or a can of tuna, I had this problem and I eat a can of tuna twice a week (recommended by my phsycian) and I have been doing it for 6 months, and really saw a difference, I am also getting better grades in college now too,
