Shuld anyone caught using drugs be sent to Guantanamo for aiding/funding the terrists?

Cuz we all know that drug money goes straight to Bin Laden, Al Kaida, an' Abu Sheik al Akbari Muhammed al Zahiri Abbas. No! How do we know that drug money went straight to terrorist factions? Some maybe, and that's a big maybe! How can it be discerned what did and/or did not? I mean, if I bought a 1/4 ounce of homegrown while on vacation in Jamaica, why should I be imprisoned @ Guantanamo? It's a military prison so only enemy combatants lawful or in case of Al Queda unlawful could be put there. When arrested for possession most users go to their local jail since it's the local police that caught them. The DEA is a federal organization that goes after suppliers or major dealers and anyone they catch goes to federal prison.

I wouldn't say the War on Terror has caused us to "lose" any liberties. There's been no repeal of any of the bill of rights and the majority of the Patriot Act is just a retooling of laws that have already been in place for decades.
