Can you take Melatonin with another sleep aid?

I have a hard time sleeping when I have another person in my bed. I want to try Melatonin and see if that works. I was wondering how you use it, what dose to try and if it is wise to use it with another sleep drug (OTC sleep aid).

Also any other sleep tips you can provide would be great. Thanks!

i bought natrol melatonin 5 mg from walmart. take 1 tablet 20 min before u ready to sleep. dont take other otc medications with it. tried other brands, didnt work as good as this one.

i am sure you can because melatonin is a natural substance. you could call your local pharmecy and ask.
