Why is everyone Giving Rev Wright a pass on what he said about Hillary?

Is this not further prove that the press over looks what they want too.We all know what Rev Wright said''Whitey' bought drugs and aids into the black community 'whitey' got what he was asking for on 9/11 God damn America BUT what about this ''Hillery done do to us what Bill did to Monica'' Nothing not one word I know she is a strong women But a whole community Don't you think that's going to far?

Not everyone, but the majority of pacifist and apologist are doing it. To me everyone needs to choose their words wisely, and Hillary's campaign was also brought to light when racist comments were made by her supporter. There is no innocence in this race, it was a cut throat race from the start.

I don't think he is getting a pass. I think he is screwing Obama. bad. Or should be.

I think everything he said was going too far. I think the pulpit was a terrible place to bring up Bill Clinton's past. That is one reason that I think Hillary is strong enough to be president.

Of course it was going to far, but his other comments were directed to all of us not just one person.

More importantly Obama has been with this guy for 20 years, his children were baptized by him, Obama was baptized by him in 2004 and this speech by Rev Wright was given in 2003. I guess Obama doesn't know someone after 20 years. How can he get to know people in the white house then in four years. Obama got married by this man. The media does not have the guts to say anything about it , they are afraid that it will cause an uprising with the blacks , as for my self , I say get it all out in the open now , not wait until the election is over, and for the kicker , this is not all that was said and done, before it is over , Obama will hope that he never ran for President, there is much more to come on this Guy.

because whites did same things to the colored so it is basically our just desserts, even though many of us truly don't mind anything he said or says. Barack is who he is, and not who his Reverend is. We should just listen to what he has in mind for our country.

I don't watch CNN, CBS, NBC or MSNBC and those channels, but during commercials, I've been surfing those channels out of curoisity and I'm not seeing any coverage of the BHO / Rev. Jeremiah Wright controversy. So, they are like an Ostrich with it's head stuck in the sand and not addressing the issues. They are just too boring and dull to watch anyway.... you never, ever learn anything worth knowing on those networks at all. They're just a waste of time.

Wright made statements about "America" which at the time was being represented by the Bush Administration. When I read the transcripts from an event where he made the "Rich White Man" comment, and there were white people in his audience. He didn't attack or direct it toward them and stated so.

I agree that his analogy using Hillary/Bill/Monica was mean. He could have just as easily said.. "If we went to a President Hillary Clinton in search of a solution, she would just blow us off."

The America that was created in 1788/89 when the Articles of Confederation were transformed into a Country of the People of the Several States, The U.S. Constitution & Bill of Rights, no longer exist with the Checks and Balances that were created to protect the people.

I think that if the U.S. Government was responsible for the 9/11 Destruction in New York... Then I would damn America too. Hitler blew up his own Parliament building to gain support just before WW II, so it's not something that we haven't seen before.
