Mc Cann ,s WHY DID THEY SCARPER?

back to the uk.when the finger was pointed at them,i think they gave the girl sleeping aid drugs when they stayed drinking,got back and found her dead,panicked,and thought about there careers,so made up the abduction,they seem very selfish,and cold the truth will come out...............

The McCanns WILL be judged in the court of public opinion because they dragged us all into this horrific story of a child abducted (ostensibly). I received pictures of Maddie to my web site to help look for her - in Canada! Who wants to think of an angel of a child suffering at the hands of sickos all day??? And if it happens that the parents are responsible and have duped the millions of kind-hearted of people internationally - I hope the penalty is severe.

because they live there
because that is where their house is
because that is where their jobs are
no matter how upset they are they have bills to pay
point a finger doesnt mean anything, why should they stay ?

1. The truth often doesn't come out. We can only hope.
2. You've done a lot of assuming, without any evidence. Or were you there at the time?
3. They came home to the UK. It's not exactly a safe place for them - it's a plane flight away. There are extradition orders, etc. It's not as though they are trying to escape justice.

Oh we couldnt event think about leaving Portugal without our Madeleine. Its just unthinka ............. oh uh ....... we have to go now. See you!

They ran like the cowards they are. At least we are safe in the knowledge that they know they could go down for a very long time for this and that will play on their minds so long as the investigation continues.

and would you not want to go home at some point, dont assume they are guilty ......innocent until PROVEN guilty

Strange isnt it? They were loving the attention, the sunshine, the sympathy, the money and the moment they are accused.....they run like roaches. They just made themselves look more obvious, they really havnt done themselves any favours. Guilty as sin!

They had already booked the flights before they were made suspects. They wanted to take the twins home to give them some sort of normality.

I know that I will get lots of thumbs down for this answer but it is the truth.

They probably thought they'd have more support in the UK.

Not again. I sure hope those parents confess soon. This is ridiculous.

Most likely they were advised by attorney to leave. Also, remember they do have two other children to think about.

As for the truth, we all hope it does come out and the guilty party is punished. I've tried not to draw judgment, but they're not making themselves believable.
