What would be the best way to deal Nigerian drug peddlars as the law is not enough to stop them?

New laws providing more teeth should be passed for the incarceration of drug dealers. Likewise, people with AIDs must be isolated in heavily guarded rehabilitation centers to prevent further contamination.

Quit wasting money and just legalize the drugs. So far all the war on drugs has succeeded in doing is overcrowding every prison in America. It's time to quit throwing out good money after bad on an idea that already failed several decades before. Remember prohibition? The peddlers would have no place to peddle if there were no demand. If the government would legalize drugs the profit margin would be gone and not really worth any one's time or effort to sell the drugs. These are not solutions, simply my opinions. As for the AIDS part of the question, touching an individual with AIDS will not cause one to contract HIV, so that did not make sense to me, though I can understand the fear of being infected.
