How can I stop waking up every day?

Without using an alarm, I wake up at virtually the same time every day. It doesn't matter what time I go to bed, I still wake up at the same time in the morning, even if I don't want to. I feel my mind is not getting enough sleep, but my stupid body forces me to get up, regardless. It's pointless to try go back to bed, at that time, because I have reached a point of no return. Once I'm up, I'm up for the day. While I average at least 8 hours of sleep per night, it just isn't enough for me. How can I stop waking up everyday without using a sleep aid drug?

we actually dont even need as much as 8 hours of sleep for normal functioning, your tiredness could be a symptom rather than an ailment, it would be a good idea, to spak with your medical practitioner about what may be at the cause of it.
there are some serious problems that show themselves as wearyness.

why do you think 8 hours of sleep is not enough for you?

drink alot before bed

try to stay up for a night and than sleep the next day early if you want to wakeup early or late if you d like to wakeup late.

If you wake up at the same time, not sleep the same length of time, then go to bed earlier!

Well, if your body gets up at a certain hour, there's not much you can do about that. Get darker curtains for your window to try to trick your mind and body that it's still night.
