Buying anti retroviral drugs in the uk or us?

I would like to buy these aids drugs for relatives in africa, can any point me in the right direction?online or otherwise .I live in london .

Most legitimate clinics and pharmacies in London won't sell you antiretrovirals without a prescription and you will only get around 3 months assuming you are HIV+. HAART is cheaper in South Africa than the UK.

You would need to get them from a doctor. I wouldn't trust buying medication online. Chances are its not what it says it is.

Antiretroviral medications are serious drugs, and should only be used under a doctor's prescription and supervision. If you buy medications over the internet these are largely unregulated, and often the pills you are supplied are ineffective or worse.

You are much better off supporting your relatives to source their medication from legimate suppliers within their home country, and on prescription from a doctor who has properly assessed their medical status. It will almost certainly be cheaper, too.

Do not send them drugs. A doctor needs to handle this, and here's why:

1) Most of these retrovirals and protease cocktails come with SERIOUS side effects, and should only be taken under a doctor's supervision.

2) The patient has to take the medication at the SAME TIME, EVERY DAY, to prevent making a resistant strain of HIV/AIDS.

3) Unless the patient is under a doctor's supervision, there will be no way of knowing for sure that the medications are actuall fulfilling their intended purpose. If it's not keeping the virus from replicating (which in some cases, it doesn't work. The patient and their Infectuous Disease doctor need to find the correct combination for THEM).

Send them money for a doctor, but do NOT send them drugs.
