Are endorphins capable of giving the same high as a man made synthetic drug?

I read a message in a group discussion, and the person said they could not experience the same feeling as when they took cocaine, and the high was ecstatic,I think any drug inhibates the natural feelings our bodies give us,and i am sure if the person was to try and experience these feelings, without any synthetic aids, they may be pleasantly surprised, does anyone agree?

Any "artificial" high can be more intense, more potent than a "natural" high. Unfortunately, the drug disrupts your body and the low that follows is usually much worse than coming off of a natural high. The long term effects of drug use may be a permanent imbalance of your natural chemicals. For some there is even a temporary or permanent lack of having any emotional reactions, quite devastating. even drugs don't help. Enjoying life the way it comes to you without introducing drugs is safer and allows you to become more aware and appreciative of the natural ups and downs of your emotions. The more you do it the better it gets.

except that cocaine causes irreparable damage after awhile and what you or I feel naturally because we live healthy may not be felt by this person because of abusing their body so much

People can experience some of the same feelings from intense exercise regimens, sexual experiences, through lots of experiences. If you adopt a positive self-image, and find an activity that is healthy and nurturing and something that you love to do, there are many ways to have the endorphin explosions that can make you feel similarly "high" - with no side effects or health damage.
