Is there any drug or supplement that can aid in weight loss? |
Is there any drug or supplement that can aid in weight loss? Taken all by itself? In a word, no. Taken in conjunction with proper diet and exercise? Then yes. there are lots go to gnc.com and find some green tea! Sure...but typically they have unhealthy side effects, and you put the weight back on after you stop using them because the user rarely learns to make a lifestyle change (they just diet until they hit their goal, then return to their old habits). there is a good supplement called celaris and theres also another one advertized on t.v called slim quick There are a lot of supplements said to aid in weight loss. I'm using one right now known as CLA and having good results with it, no side effects so far, and it's fairly cheap. I'm also taking a thermo, Hydroxycut Hardcore, but that's something that has potential side effects and it's pretty expensive; not for everyone. |
