I did my final speech last year (sophomore year of high school) on why you should be scared of clowns. Everybody loved it. I got a 99%. =] You could do why you should eat breakfast or sleep 8 hours a night. Or why you shouldn't eat a lot of fast food. Or why it's good to donate blood. Why it's important to do homework every night..

Sorry, those are just a few random ideas that came to my mind =]
