Should AIDS drugs be made available and inexpensive to developing Nations?

First off...I'd like to know why you're asking this question. Seems obvious to me. Ofcourse people should have the drugs they need to survive with AIDS..in any country..rich or poor.

The problem with AIDS and the drugs that have been developed to treat it is this -- if a person starts taking these drugs and then stops or misses doses occasionally the disease can mutate -- effectively making the entire eccedemic worse. Report It
