How will Schwarzenegger's proposed $11 million cuts in California Healthcare effect those suffering from AIDS?

Why do Californians keep voting for this man that gets a thrill from cutting funding from schools, and healthcare, including this $11 million from Medi-Cal and ADAP (AIDS Drug Assistance Program)?

Why does he want to take California away from the people of this once-great state in order to give it to greedy corrupt corporations?

I don't. Arnie has sunk my state into bankruptcy. He's worse than Gray Davis. I think he should be recalled too. Now he has proposed a bill to keep us from writing off mortgages, etc., so we get almost no tax returns. Why this bill? Because he wanted to take away money from all the schools. It didn't pass.

I don't understand how someone can make the leap that not taking someones money equates to giving them money.
The money doesn't belong to the government...the government takes peoples money away.
How can someone self-righteously expect the other guy should pay for it?
