You've been miss-informed. are you asking where Aids etc.. came from, or how is it spread? AIDS IS NOT A PUNISHMENT FOR SIN. It is an illness. Simple stuff, no magic. AIDS is not a punishment doled out by God to people that he chooses AIDS is just a horrible disease and is not punishment for a particular behavior. What is cancer the punishment for? I believe you hit the nail on the head with your last observation. All religions have rules that to some extent are meant to control people. Religions have rules that don't make any sense now, but in a time long ago, when people needed explanations for things, they made a lot of sense. Now people still follow the old world beliefs despite the modern discoveries and what modern science suggests. So yes, I think it is nonsense about sins and it is a means of controlling people. then the doctor would have to give it to you through the needle b/c the only way you bleed is if you got cut. its a ILLNESS not a form of PUNISHMENT, Altogether now - lets party and all be damned. How fast was the train going? I don't believe that it is God's wrath poured out--at least, as far as I know, He hasn't said so. It is a product of this world, which is affected by sin. For some people it is a consequence of sinful behavior and some other people are affected by the sins of other people as well. That's the nature of living in a sin-fallen world.
Religious people want disease? Many religious people are responsible for cures and treatments for disease. Many religious people care for those who are sick and dying of AIDS and are often the only ones who offer them any kind of compassion. The idea that these diseases are punishment for sin kicks back to a doctrine that says that good things will happen to good people and bad things will happen to bad people. This isnt always the case. In fact it is quite often the opposite. Even within the bible cases of this are found (you need look no further than in Ecclesiastes or Job to find this). This kind of thinking stems from ignorance, and even Jesus condemned this sort of thinking.
Also if these diseases were the punishment for those sins, why dont all of those sinners end up with those diseases? The spread of these diseases is a matter of science and while I am a man of faith I find it repulsive to attempt to scare people with these sort of threats. So in answer to your last questions, yes people who have power in some places in religion use these sort of things to scare people, but then not even religious people are perfect (even if they try to tell you they are). Believe it or not, there are still folk in this world who believe that AIDS was sent by God to punish the gay and the frivolous. If you give first aide to someone who is bleeding you NEED to wear gloves. If you are having sex, gay or straight with someone you know nothing about, you NEED to put a condom on (male and female). It is unlikely that you will cut yourself on a piece of jagged metal from a train wreck that has been tainted with HIV infected blood(have you ever considered writing scripts for movies of the week?), but in the event that you do have that happen, the HIV virus can only live outside the body for something like 30 secs, so, you're probably safe in the jagged metal train wreck department.
Mother's who unknowingly get HIV from an irresponsible partner and pass it along to their unborn child are to be pitied and taken care of. Mother's who knowingly have unprotected sex(and yes it does happen) with a partner that has HIV and passes it to her unborn child should be arrested for murder. The children should be helped no matter what the circumstances.
I have worked in many ER's and hospitals both large and rural and have yet to meet anyone who has accidentally bumped into a junkie wielding a dirty needle from his pocket.

Aids is an illness possibly put into our society's by man to bring down populations. We as man are very good at putting sin and sickness into the world without the help of God. The people who DO think that it's a punishment from God probably couldn't answer it anyway. Aids is judgment, but not as you might think. There are always consequences of our behavior. Deviant sexual behavior has always had sicknesses that came with it, Aids is the worse, but not the last. Consequences are a form of judgment.
You ask why someone can get infected innocently. How about asking why someone is hit by a stray bullet fired at someone else? Often innocent people are hurt by the consequences of someone else's bad behavior. Try to stay in balance with life, and situations life hands us

I do believe that it is a consequence of recreational drug use (primarily) and other life style factors (multiple sex partners (I am not talking 2 or 3, but 6 new ones a day in some cases, other real STDs, lack of sleep, lack of adequate nutrition, overuse of antibiotics - treatment of other STDs, steroids, etc).
The whole HIV nonsense was created to eliminate the issue of personal accountability for the crazy, fast track, gay communities that developed in the late 70 primarily in NYC and San Fran.
One of the problems with our society is that is is very unaccepting of gays and we have forced them into this social, cultural, geographical, and sometimes hidden world of excess and promiscuity because we don't recognize long term, monogamous relationships for gays.
The use of drugs is to numb the pain of social stigma and self-loathing that many gays feel because they are not allowed to live normal lives.
The incident of transmission of "AIDS" by the ways you describe is slight or practically non-existant so as to negate any need to worry. I would worry more about death from the trauma of a train wreck than the transmission of AIDS. There have been only about 5 cases of medical professionals/crisis responders seroconverting since the alleged epidemic occurred. They are around a lot of blood. If the risk was as alleged, these professionals/ responders would be dropping dead, left and right in spite of precaution. Needle sticks happen all the time, ask any surgeon or surgical nurse.
I would research the effects of cocaine, meth, heroin, and malnutrition/protein deficiency on the immune system and rethink the AIDS conclusion.
I would also read about the gay life style/personal of the initial people that got AIDS.
I would also research the AIDS test, that neither tests for AIDS or HIV. I would also research the definition of AIDS nationally and internationally, look into how the diagnosis is given and how the underlying "AIDS" diseases are dispersed amoung males, females, and countries.
I would research the approximately 75 other conditions that can cause a positive result on the so called AIDS test.
You will conclude that there is not a virus that causes "AIDS" and that everything that you thought you knew/were told was wrong.
A recent study came out regarding lesbians and AIDS. The ten percent (approximately) that first denied other risk factors (namely excessive drug use) other than homosexuality, later admitted the other risk factors. The study basically concluded that there was a slight risk to eating p*ssy in HIV transmission/development of AIDS. The real analysis, applying common sense, is that people lie about illegal drug use. Dont be fooled.
