I have an idea for the law on child abuse and negelect what do you think?

When someones proven beyond a shadow of a doubt to be GUIILTY of child abuse and or neglect all children should be removed from the home.The parent(S) must complete a 60 day parenting course and pass. If they are found to be on drugs they will be placed in rehabilitaion for 60 says. They will spend thoose total 120 days in jail. While they complete theese courses. Once they are taken out of jail they will be on a years probation. During the 1st 3 months they will not have custody of thier children. They will be allowed supervised visitation rights and will pay fees to aid with the childs care. after 3 months the child parent(s )will be evaluated. If the evaluation is not satsifactory the child will be placed in care for up to one year then another evautaion will occur. If satisfactory the parent will be on a "PROBATIONARY PERIOD" in which will be no less than 6 months. Social services may make unannocunced visits until deemed fit

when deebed totaly unfit the child can be placed into pernmant custody of a fit parent.
