Pretty funny (hypothetically)... Opinions please...!!!?

I recently met up with somebody who believes the world is over-populated and they make a strong point (one which they wish they could address to a higher authority)... But, aside from the fact of the matter (it being morally wrong), they wish to create a secret society of hitmen to work in aid with the government to eliminate people who do not pass certain objectives and the like. So, basically he wants to be rid of the high school drop-outs, drug smugglers, unauthorized killers, etc. by means of an agency trained by the United States.

Sure the world has some wasted people, but any one can turn their life around for the better.

my friend and i often discuss this subject. we are firm believers there should be a human hunting season, and the prey should be those that are blatantly useless. not people with disabilities or anything like that, but perfectly healthy waste of space morons.

Well, he is a complete redneck R-Tard... and I personally love (and once considered being one of those) Drug-Smuggling High-School Drop-outs, myself. So yeah, I'm a hippie... I don't understand why this is in GLBT category, unless they're included in the list of low-lifes that your friend mentioned.
