i was doing my drugs and my girl broke up with me and i got high and then she dumped me and i cut my wrist some one help me! i want her back and then i got aids.
i need advice.

Dude! You need to take care of yourself. Go to someone to get some advice or just to listen to you. A church or a family member or friend. You should not spend too much time alone though. Take some small steps to help yourself and get a grip. Then take on a challenge to get out of the rut you are in to begin to build your life back. Love yourself then worry about the girl.
