Do you think that their NOT allowing implantation of a RFID Chip will impede Drug Dealers & other Criminals ?

RFID Chip = You can neither Buy nor Sell legally without one.

Will this device help ELIMINATE Crime, or AID it ???

It would have no effect on criminals in any way, they will still buy and sell the black market goods with or without a chip.

The biggest problem would be if people were implanted with RFID chips, it would only introduce a different kind of crime.

Murder to get your chip to change their identity.

Any kind of restriction on the populace usually won't help reduce crime. It usually helps it along. Think about it. Large cities have lots of gun fights, what do we do? Regulate the guns... now the regular guy can't have guns to protect himself from the criminal who still manages to get his guns.

Prohibition... need I say more. You can't regulate the object, you have to regulate the people. If they use guns to murder people... have laws with punishments which detour people from wanting to use guns illegally.

Why regulate money for this purpose? The drug dealers can still deal their drugs... if they can't use money, say it becomes electronic, they'll just make gold or something else more popular. It's called the black market, and violence is the only thing which regulates it.

You would still have currency, even if it is only for "tourists".

You think Florida and other holiday destinations want to stamp out tourism, by making it illegal to buy or sell without an implant that goes against human rights.
