What (legal) aids/drugs can boost my effiency and cognitive capacity?

Hi,

I'm a student who would like to boost my effiency when studying. I sometimes suffer from fatigue and being unfocused.

I recently started drinking coffee at times when I really need to study, and I found it useful.

However, I would prefer to find an alternative to coffee since it will discolor your teeth.

I am wondering what alternatives are out there, when it comes to aids that will boost effiency and increase focus.

Examples:
- Working out(?)
- Eating healthy (what?)
- Various _LEGAL_ drugs:
* Caffeine pills
* Guarana(?)
* Legal amphetamines(?)

Please give a list of known legal aids and what positive/negative effects they might have.

Caffeine pills are a good alternative to coffee. If they have 200 mg, only take half a pill. Working out and eating a diet with plenty of protein and vegetables is also good. You could talk to your doctor about getting a prescription for Provigil, but it is expensive.

Sure it wasnt the real thing but these legal pills have ofcourse much more pros than cons. One thing is that you can also take them with you on a holiday and instead taking one you take two ;)

I won't hit the towns without them hahaha!
