I've been thinking of an idea for an organization and...?

ok i've been thinking of an organization against teen problems and corruption in the music industry (ex. drugs, sex, violence etc...) and i want to promote a Christian message (i'm not being discriminatory against other religions but i intend for this organization to be Christian) the message i want to give out is that we shouldn't let anyone offend or look down on our youth and we should do as much as we can with our abilities. Part of this organization will also include fundraisings for the poor, helping those with AIDS in africa, helping schools, helping the homeless, etc... Its basically a youth activist group against the bad msgs the media sends out and encouraging youth to get out there and make a difference and to change this generations mentality. But i need help knowing what questions i need to answer in order to make this a success and where should i start from...also tell me how i can improve this idea b/c i really want to put it into action...but i'm young so its a problem

Let鈥檚 just say I鈥檓 younger than 16鈥?:S so any help would be useful.

and i would appreciate it if nothing mean, or something that woul kill my spirit is said b/c this is something i really want to do in my spare time even as i get older...i really want to reach out to those being swept by all these wrong msgs.

Many organizations like this already exist. What you're describing sounds like the Salvation Army. Do some research and you'll find your answers.
