What are the odds of conceiving twins?

Twins are strong on my fiance's side and my father's brother has twin girls. My mothers side of the family has twins in it too. My great aunt was a twin. None of which were aided by fertility drugs.

The twins gene has to be carried by your mother, her mother and so on. So the twins on your partner's and father's side will not have a bearing on it, but if your mother's side does there is a chance.

i would say you have a good chance...

my husbands cousin (male) is a twin and his wife has just given birth to twins and there are no twins on her side.
