What is the best sleep aid pill that is natural like melatonin and is non prescription?

and do they sale it at walmart??

I get mine online with my membership. It's a better quality product than what you would find at walmart, it's exclusive to this company, sorry I can't help you now. try breathing and relaxing or reading yourself to sleep.

There are ones with melatonin, theanine and valerian that are better, in my opinion. I just got one by Schiff called "Knock Out" that is working for me very well. It has all three ingredients and I regularly take melatonin.

Go to a health food store, I wouldn't trust wal-mart would have anything really natural. You want a whole food supplement.

melatonin really doesnt work for me, and im not sure what else you can get thats non prescription.
