1, defense and homeland security---just look what 9/11 caused..the president IS..commander in chief.

2.health care

3. education

4.science/technology---we need stay ahead in this troubled world.

5. agricultural subsidies---we need food to eat..and for economic reasons.

6.social security

7. medicare

8. unemployment benefits

9.prescription drugs for the elderly

10. environment

11. transportation

12. foreign aid.

now!..they ALL are important!..make sure to know i feel THAT,,
but being forced to prioritize..these are my feelings.
