Does vitamin c help natural supplements (that have big molecules...) pass blood brain barrier?

We know that vitamin c aids drugs pass blood brain barrier. and i wonder if it aids all supplements that have big molecules that can not normally pass blood brain barrier?

The reality is that we do not know for sure that vitamin C will help all drugs pass the blood-brain barrier. Only 3 drugs were tested in the original story in 2002

and nothing seems to have happened since. Note that the research involved adding a vitamin C component to the drug molecule. It does not mean that if you swallow large quantities of vitamin C the brain will take up more of a drug.
