What is the best liquid eyeliner?

hey, whats the best liquid eyeliner? i need something thats cheap (as in i can buy it from a drug store like rite aid or something), really easy to apply, and lasts all day with out smearing or anything like that. thanks!

maybelline new york ultra liner i use
- waterproof
- last all day
- not to expensive
- easy to apply
- don't smear
- good for sensitive eyes

i like the covergirl line exact eyeliner. it has a small tip at the end of it so it's easy to apply. :)

l'oreal makes a really really good one!! it's got a felt tip, so it's super easy..i think it's called linear intense.. : D

Wet n'Wild liquid liner, lasts all day, almost impossible to take off. Cheap and as good as the expensive stuff.
