My ex mother in law took my daughter and filed a police report?

my ex mother in law took my daughter and filed a polie report at 4 am. they almost arrested my husband and took my younger child. if i did not send my eldest to her grandmothers. when i questioned my eldest daughter she admitted that she lied in order to move in with her grandmother. the report was full of lies. she also told the cps investigator that she lied. (i have a copy of the report.) what should i do they continue to harrass me, i have lost my job. i cant afford a lawyer, legal aid wont help me. can i get them on falsifying a police report. Please Help!! what i would like to do to them would put me away for life. so i want to go the legal way. because now they are getting me for child support, seeing how the state of florida does not do financial information on caregivers. they have more money than half the town. they will not drop the medicaid or go through with an adoption. my daughter was almost 13 when she lied on the report. what should i do?

it was reported on 7-17-2006 but they wouldn't give me a copy of it until 2-20-07

filing a false police report is criminal go to your states attorney or District attorney about prosecution

I agree with sumo..and...my heart goes out to you...why ppl can't just get along is beyond me :( always a battle over something, sad but true

Turn it around on them and file charges!
edit: never mind! Did you say up there, "go through with the adoption"? Is this about child support? I think it is!! Shame on you, and please practice birth control.
